Evagevelly Eva Posadas, Attorney
Evagevelly (Eva) Posadas graduated from Towson University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and American Civilization and a minor in Family Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore, School of Law, cum laude, in 2025.
While in law school, Eva was a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society, an associate editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum, and a Spanish interpreter for the law school’s legal clinic. During her third year, Eva served as a Rule 19 Student Attorney for the Immigrant Rights Clinic where she represented clients in immigration court petitioning for asylum. Additionally, Eva was a research assistant for the Child’s Voice Project, a non-profit organization that provides free legal representation for children in family court in Southern Maryland.
After law school, and prior to joining the firm, Eva served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary M. Kramer, former Associate Judge for the Circuit Court for Howard County from August 2025 to June 2026.
